Security

On the Security page there are settings to activate Two-Factor Authentication, by activating Two-Factor Authentication every time a user logs into an account it is required to enter an OTP code so as to provide more security to the user account. Security Capture

Change Authenticator​

Users can follow these steps.

  1. Click the Change Authenticator button Enable 2FA Capture
  2. In the pop-up window, enter your current account password and click Submit to continue
  3. Scan the QR Code using an authenticator app. Alternatively, you can enter the setup key manually

    You can use Google Authenticator or any other compatible app.

  4. After scanning the QR code, your authenticator app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the Authenticator Code field and click Verify Enable 2FA Capture
  5. Once verification is complete, you can download your recovery codes. These codes can be used if you lose access to your authenticator app Enable 2FA Capture
  6. After downloading the recovery codes, click the Close button to complete the process
