Security

On the Security page there are settings to activate Two-Factor Authentication, by activating Two-Factor Authentication every time a user logs into an account it is required to enter an OTP code so as to provide more security to the user account. Security Capture

Enable Two-Factor Authentication​

Users can follow these steps.

  1. Click the Enable Two-Factor Authentication button then the OTP code that has been sent to the user's email will appear Enable 2FA Capture
  2. Input the OTP code, if the time has expired, click resend the code to get the latest code
  3. If want to cancel click Cancel
  4. When the user logs in the account will appear to fill in the OTP code OTP 2FA Capture
  5. If the user wants to disable Two-Factor Authentication, they can click the Disable Two-Factor Authentication button Disable 2FA Capture
