Security
On the Security page there are settings to activate Two-Factor Authentication, by activating Two-Factor Authentication every time a user logs into an account it is required to enter an OTP code so as to provide more security to the user account.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Users can follow these steps.
- Click the Enable Two-Factor Authentication button then the OTP code that has been sent to the user's email will appear
- Input the OTP code, if the time has expired, click resend the code to get the latest code
- If want to cancel click Cancel
- When the user logs in the account will appear to fill in the OTP code
- If the user wants to disable Two-Factor Authentication, they can click the Disable Two-Factor Authentication button
